event is outside of one of your locations. Can you
still handle my event? Catch the Moment has
over 50 complete systems that can be shipped anywhere
at any time. You just tell us when and where and our
professional photographers will be there for your
event.
How
are you different from a regular photographer?
Catch the Moment is an interactive digital photography
company using green screen technology. Using our patented
ChromaView Pro™ Software and
CTM-BackLitt® Technology, we incorporate
your image into the graphic backgrounds of your choice.
How
do we find the background choices we want?
Our graphic library consists of over 2,400 images
making it the largest of its kind in the world. If
we don't have what you want, our graphic designers
will design it for you.
How
many photos can you take? We can take an
unlimited number of photos. With our on-site printing
capability, we are able to print up to 100 photos
per hour per system. That's one every 36 seconds!
What
if I need more photos than 100 per hour?
We would use multiple systems to accommodate the number
of guests at your event.
What
types of events do you do? We do everything
from individual events such as Bar/Bat Mitzvahs to
corporate events, trade shows and professional sporting
events. We also rent our equipment after training
our clients for tours and multiple events.
What
size pictures can I get? Our standard print
is 5 x 7; however, we can also print 4 x 6 and 8 x
10.
How
do my guests receive their photo? We can
deliver photos by printing on-site at your event immediately
after they pose for their picture or we can post your
photos on a website for you guests to view, print
or email to friends and family.

What
is the green screen? Green screen is a technique
by which foreground elements, like people, can be
separated from the background and then placed against
a new background.
What
are your green screen space requirements?
We require a minimum of a 10' x 12' space that is
at least 10' high (space must be covered and away
from the elements).
How long
does it take for you to set up? We generally
require 2 hours before the start of your event to
ensure that we are up and running on time.
Can
I have my guests pay for their photos? To
ensure that the event is a success for everyone involved,
our photos are not for sale at an event. We will always
have a host/sponsor contract with us and then give
away the photos as a complimentary gift to your guests.
This allows the sponsor of the photos to have exposure
by Catch the Moment by branding their logo on the
photos.
Can my
guests make a donation for the photo that would go
to our charity? Yes.
What
if one of my guests want reprints? Your guest
can go to our website at www.catchthemoment.com and
click on reprints. They simply select the event from
a list and choose which photo they would like additional
copies of. Our client needs to make those arrangements
before the event.
Do
we have to also pay for photo folders? No,
each guest is given their 5 x 7 photo in a folder.
These folders are our standard black but can be enhanced
with your logo or text for an additional charge.
What are
candid photos? Candid photos are images captured
throughout the event by a roving photographer.
Can
you add graphics to candid photos? Yes, we
can enhance your photos by adding a border, text and
any company logo(s).
Can
you print candid photos on-site? Yes, we
can print 5 x 7 candid photos on-site.

Do
you create the graphics? Yes, we can custom
create any graphic you might want for your event to
fit your theme. We have a talented team of graphic
artists on staff.
How long
does it take to create new graphics? After
we have a signed proposal, our various Catch the Moment
teams are informed about your event. Your graphics
will be completed in enough time prior to your event
for your final approval.
Do
you have a basic price list? No, we don't
have a price list. There are far too many different
variables that determine an event's cost, such as
seasonality, system availability, day of the week,
equipment needs, graphics, labor, travel, number of
guests, number of photos, method of photo delivery,
